Creating a human is one of the most special yet vulnerable periods of a woman's life, so we wanted to build something that women can trust and rely on. We felt we deserved a better product, so we were determined to create supplements that would be the best, that were cleaner, and that actually work well.
Introducing Fertility

holisticHer takes the guesswork out of reproductive health with thoughtfully formulated nutritional supplements. Our first product, Fertility is a unique vegan combination of herbs, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, Quatrefolic® & Omega 3 (DHA & EPA), formulated to support female fertility and conception.
Being qualified in nutrition for conception and pregnancy, we strongly understood the importance of nutrition before and after pregnancy for the health of both mother and baby.
How it all began
Our pregnancy journeys
The journey started the day we (Ruby and Sofia) met at a corporate job more than a decade ago. We connected on many life milestones including falling in love, career and trying to – and getting pregnant. We had two very different pregnancy journeys, both including losses and difficulties, tears and laughter. We couldn’t help but wonder why?
In early 2020 we set out on a mission to find answers to improve our chances of a healthy pregnancy.
When looking for a suitable vitamin to take, we realised that the market was full of low quality options often including questionable ingredients.

We met Dr. med. Bernardi
The one person who could provide answers to our questions was expert Dr. med. Tina Bernardi, specializing in Gynecology and Obstetrics. She has accompanied numerous women as their individual doctor on their journey to motherhood, while giving birth, or while having surgery, being registered at both See-Spital and Hirslanden in Switzerland.
In addition to providing answers to our queries, Tina had witnessed the demand for trustworthy and clean nutritional supplements by her patients.
We felt we deserved a better product, so we were determined to create supplements that would be the best, that was cleaner, and actually worked well.

Inspired by our own complex fertility journeys, our backgrounds as fertility advisor and nutritionist and the many years of ‘real life’ experience from Dr. med. Bernardi, we set out to create holisticHer; and form a company together that supports women throughout their reproductive journeys by offering unique nutritional supplements, education, and a trusted, inclusive community to be part of, beyond motherhood.
