The formulation includes Maca root, Chaste berry (Vitex agnus-castus) and Lady’s mantle — botanical extracts traditionally used in women’s supplements — together with active folate (5-MTHF), DHA, zinc and B-vitamins. These nutrients remain relevant once pregnancy begins, contributing to maternal tissue growth and normal development during pregnancy.
